"Intellectual Property Rights"

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) are temporary grants of monopoly intended to give economic incentives for innovative activity. IPR exist in the form of patents, copyrights, and trademarks. The legal rights accrued on the intellectual property created are termed Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).

"Intellectual Property"

Intellectual property are legal property rights over creations of the mind, both artistic and commercial, and the corresponding fields of law.[1] Under intellectual property law, owners are granted certain exclusive rights to a variety of intangible assets, such as musical, literary, and artistic works; ideas, discoveries and inventions; and words, phrases, symbols, and designs. Common types of intellectual property include copyrights, trademarks, patents, industrial design rights and trade secrets.

Intellectual Property (IP) is a class of property emanating primarily from the activities of the human intellect. Any property, movable or immovable, is legally protected to prevent it from being stolen. Similarly, the rights in an intellectual property created need also to be protected to prevent infringement.

Examples: Patents, designs, trade marks and copyrights.

Cyber criminals are the people who did a crime in computers and they are people that they can't do in thier lives. Cybercrime, especially through the Internet, has grown in importance as the computer has become central to commerce, entertainment, and government. The international nature of cybercrimes has led to international cyberlaws.

What is Cyber Terrorism?

Cyber Terrorism , known terrorist organizations, of disruption attacks against information systems for the primary purpose of creating alarm and panic. for example, as “The premeditated use of disruptive activities, or the threat thereof, against computers and/or networks, with the intention to cause harm or further social, ideological, religious, political or similar objectives. Or to intimidate any person in furtherance of such objectives.

Yes! Information Technology worker are professionals because they trained or studied many technologies that we have, particularly software application and computer hardware.
IT worker perform from installation applications to design complex computer networks and information database.IT is a general term that describes any technology that helps to produce, manipulate, store, communicate, and/or disseminate information. The information technology would be responsible for storing information, protecting information, processing the information, transmitting the information as necessary, and later retrieving information as necessary. IT worker has many information that helps people to become our work make fast, for example internet, internet has many infomation that helps us to answer our question and more information that we have learn. And also like programme, we can use this in our daily lives for computing and other programme that in other work we can use it.

1. Thou shalt not use a computer to harm other people.
2. Thou shalt not interfere with other people's computer work.
3. Thou shalt not snoop around in other people's computer files.
4. Thou shalt not use computer to steal.
5. Thou shalt not use computer to bear false witness.
6. Thou shalt not use or copy software for which you have not paid.
7. Thou shalt not use other computer resources with out authorization or proper compensation.
8. Thou shalt not appropriate other people's intellectual output.
9. Thou shalt think about the social consenquences of the program you are writing or the system you are designing.
10. Thou shalt always use a computer in ways that ensure consideration and respect.
